Include relevant documents in your message.

When using the support request feature to reach out to your ScaleFactor team, you can attach relevant files to the message by creating a new message and clicking the Upload a Document button below the text box. 

Select the file you would like to attach from your computer. Accepted file types include PDFs, photographs, and Microsoft Office files. 

When the message is completed, click Submit.
