Start Bill Pay Set Up

Get started on the Bill Pay set up process.

ScaleFactor Bill Pay can use either checks or ACH transfers to pay bills through our app. Bills paid will automatically update in your accounting system, whether Xero or Quickbooks Online. 

Getting started with Bill Pay: 

  1. Click Bills on the side navigation bar. 
  2. Select the Set-Up tab below. 
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your accounting system. Select between Xero and Quickbooks Online and click Connect. 
  4. A prompt will appear requesting access to your accounting data. Select Allow access.

The next step will be to Connect Your Bank Accounts.
