If Marge, the ScaleFactor chatbot, is unable to answer your question, there are a couple of other ways to reach us: 

  • Request help using the help button on individual tasks in the Home page or the standalone help button in the lower-right corner of any page. Help requests from the standalone help button will generate a card in your Home feed to keep track of responses. A human with accounting expertise will get back to you within one business day. 
  • Give us a call at (512) 960-4470. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CT.

We are making improvements to Marge all the time. So if she’s not able to answer now, check back later to see what she has learned.
