If you need assistance or to make a request while you're in your ScaleFactor web app, there are two convenient ways to get in touch with us right from the page you're on:
Have a question about a specific task in your Home feed? Select the ? Help icon in the upper-right corner of the card:
Have a general question or request for support? Click on the ? Help icon located in the lower-right corner of any page on the web app:
You will be prompted to provide a little more information so the ScaleFactor team can quickly assist you:
Once you submit a request, you can find it in your Home feed. Expect a ScaleFactor team member to reply within one business day. You can submit a follow up question or mark the task as Resolved:
