How to add ScaleFactor as Company Admin to Quickbooks Online (QBO) when two accounting users already exist in the QBO file

NOTE: ScaleFactor needs to be added as an Accounting User. These instructions are only to help provide a temporary solution when two accounting users already exist in the QBO file.

Follow the instructions below to add a Company Admin user:

  1. Log in to Quickbooks Online (QBO)
  2. From your dashboard, click on the Settings gear in the top right corner
  3. Select Manage Users
  4. Click the green Invite button on the right
  5. Select "Company Admin" then next
  6. A pop-up should appear, asking for contact information. Complete the fields with the following information and select Save
