If you have a question on a task that appears in your Home feed, you can request help directly in the context of that task. In the top right corner of the task card, click ? Help. This will drop down a box where you can ask your question.
First, answer a few questions about your issue, then you can enter your issue or question, upload a document if relevant, and then hit Submit.
Your request will attach to the bottom of that task card and this is also where ScaleFactor’s response will appear within one business day.
