Check the Status of Your ScaleFactor Bill Pay Vendor


Determine if your vendor has completed set up of their receivables account.

Once you have invited a vendor to set up a receivables account, the vendor page will display a status update with information on when the request was sent and the email it was sent to, such as Invite Pending


To see more information about the status of the vendor, select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the vendor page and select 


This will open the vendor invitation page for the selected vendor.  

  • Sent On = timestamp for the date the invitation was emailed to the vendor
  • Sent To Email = the email address the invitation was sent to
  • Link = if you would like to send a link directly to your vendor representative, click the link symbol to the left of the hyperlink to copy it to your clipboard
  • Actions = you may Resend or Delete the invitation to this vendor representative by clicking on the corresponding button 


The circle to the left of this information will turn green when a vendor has completed ScaleFactor Bill Pay setup and is ready to accept payments.

You many also invite additional vendor representatives to set up a ScaleFactor Bill Pay Receivables account but entering their email address in the "Vendor Authorized Representative Email" field and selecting the Send Request button.
