When logged in to Bill.com, hover over the Gear icon and click on Support:

  • Chat with a Customer Support Rep from 5am - 6pm PT Monday - Friday
  • Send secure email anytime with responses within 1-2 business days

 

 

If you're not logged in or haven't created a Bill.com account yet, submit a Customer Support form request:

  • Submit an email request through the Contact Us page
